Private equity in China faces talent crunch

But managers say finding the right talent is difficult because of a lack of people who have experienced complete deal cycles.

Retail banks in China are still hiring amid cautious market

Hiring sentiment is cautious across the banking and financial services sector in mainland China, but some roles remain in demand. Retail banking is still growing more steadily than corporate banking. And recruitment is expanding more quickly in tier-two and tier-three cities rather than in Shanghai and Beijing.
